Julia Paschke Walsworth is the Founder and Certified Online Business Manager behind Legacy OBM, a boutique operations agency helping established service-based businesses streamline operations, strengthen their teams, and build the infrastructure needed to scale with intention.

After earning her Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from Missouri State University, Julia built her career with some of the hospitality industry's most respected organizations, including Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, IHG Hotels, JQH Hotels, Bass Pro Shops Resorts—Top of the Rock and Big Cedar Lodge—and alongside luxury wedding professionals. Those experiences instilled a deep appreciation for exceptional client experiences, operational excellence, and the systems that quietly power remarkable businesses.

In 2019, Julia founded Legacy OBM to help business owners move beyond the overwhelm of running every aspect of their companies. Since then, Legacy has evolved into a trusted operations partner for growing businesses, providing strategic Online Business Management, systems development, project management, team leadership, process documentation, hiring support, and operational strategy.

Today, Julia and her team partner with ambitious founders—especially in the event, creative, and service-based industries—to transform growing businesses into organizations that operate with clarity, consistency, and confidence. From building scalable workflows and documenting processes to leading projects and managing teams, Legacy creates the operational foundation that allows businesses to grow sustainably while preserving the elevated client experience they're known for.

As a Certified Online Business Manager through the International Association of Online Business Managers, Julia combines strategic operations with a hospitality-first mindset, believing that exceptional businesses are built through thoughtful systems, empowered teams, and intentional leadership.
